书比电影更符合个人口味，书侧重于表现人物的经历和友情，对Sophie和Howl的爱情描写较少，另外Sophie的性格比电影版更“中性化“，更能引发个人共鸣。

I'am so absorbed in this novel. Howl's definitely my ideal MR.right. Sophie is so much presevered in the novel than in the movie！！ Still reading it, and for me the episodes are more vivid than the movie too! I can figure myself how charming Howl is !!!!!!

In the land of Ingary, such things as spells, invisible cloaks, and seven-league boots were everyday things. The Witch of the Waste was another matter.

After fifty years of quiet, it was rumored that the Witch was about to terrorize the country again. 很好看，很好看，很好看开始看只是为了练习英文，想着青少年文学应该不会太难。就英文本身来说，的确不算难。但如果从思想内涵、故事情节来说，一点都不简单。虽然看过电影，但是其实后半部分是完全不同的两个故事。我一直到最后都没猜到情节。以前一直觉得幻想文学作品不好看...
