刚开始看还时不时有那种 "噢原来是这样啊" 恍然大悟非常relatable的时刻，后来越读越觉得是用一个思路和模版在套所有的问题。换言之，有点想要用stereotype来解释stereotype的意味。像一本贴了学术标签的畅销书，畅销书的共同本质就是指出问题制造焦虑却不帮你解决任何问题。
