可能是因为主要是写萨尔的成长，焦点较为集中，所以不像上古那三本（人物太多事件太多场景变化也多）完全流水账一路拖下来，这本好歹有了一点血肉。

说起萨尔，应该知名度很大，他是部落的领袖，而部落也是国服最多人玩的阵营。这本书讲诉了萨尔的成长历程，看来“天将降大任于斯人也，必先扰其心智，饿其体肤，空乏其身”是全世界全时空通用法则啊。。
