评分這學期公共經濟學的主要參考教材之一。本科學這門課時也是用這本教材。Helmuth Cremer說這本書有點out of date瞭，而且例子都是跟美國有關的（Hindricks和Myles那本則比較傾嚮歐洲），外加用到數學太簡單；於是立刻打消瞭我重讀這本書的欲望。
