评分曾經的閱讀作業，沒認真讀。今天重看瞭一遍，哎這種講故事的手法好絕。一直覺得他是不是參考瞭劉禹锡的“到鄉翻似爛柯人”。

评分懷舊空吟聞笛賦，到鄉翻似爛柯人。不過，咖啡館、小客棧、高談闊論共和還是民主的人idled，代代大抵如此。悍婦妻子象徵英國對早一代殖民者的壓榨，村子是殖民者在新大陸的自由快樂生活，Rip迴到一個獨立後的美國，他震驚、迷茫、疑惑自己的Identity，最後他坐在年輕人裏，對冉冉升起的國傢滿懷希望——局外人一般的Irving愛這樣的美國啊。
