Posner不愧是保守派大师，思想很深刻，路数也很对我的脾胃（经济、实用、功利、自由）。看了这本书真是受益匪浅，很多地方更明白了。但书里养分虽多，读起来也很艰辛，尤其是中间断案一段，技术性太强，不过总体还是好的。
评分刷多了女性主义和建构主义之后看这个蛮有意思的，被中译本的术语翻译和文法虐哭...
