專注於最重要的事情；不為無法改變的事情浪費精力；思考雙贏。前半部分的計劃錶格不錯，分步驟完成目標 。

這本書還真不是心靈雞湯。僅僅是第一條Be Proactive就對被中國教育體製摧殘的我們有非常大的啓示。我們生活的準則，到底是依循社會傳統，父母期許，還是經過獨立思考後形成的隻屬於自己的認知？在關於個人獨立方麵的Begin with the End in Mind和Put First Things First都是值得一讀再讀的好建議。這本書的英文版不難，強烈推薦大傢直接閱讀。
