完整读过的第一本英文小说。正如推荐者所言，这本书店阅读难度不大。即使有些单词不认识，连蒙带猜不去查字典也没有关系。总体来说，适合初学者～也正是这本书，提升了我对英文阅读的兴趣。若是日后我的英文有所提高，这本书的功劳很大～
评分前期铺垫了很多，来去调查了很多，但最后大恶人的死法太快太简单，结尾与之前内容对比仓促的只描写下各自人物的皆大欢喜，有可能跟现实多少有些联系，不能说的太露骨。最后说明了在西伯利亚那片冻土还真实存在这样一个研究生产原子弹的地方，人类社会必然会包骨悚然。小说写的时间过早，不知现在俄罗斯是否还存在这种威胁。
评分作为sidney的书迷第一次看原著...太有成就感了！只是小时候那种为情节的跌宕而心情跟着起伏的年代有些一去不复返，读完后对于故事并不如想像中的兴奋。这点略微有些以外。
评分四星半。作者又一次在最后证实了这个事情的真实性，很吃惊…和sidney其他作品差不多，但没有上一本masters of game精彩，旁边人声鼎沸都可以看进去。虽说sidney用词简单，但是他有些简单词用的其他用法还是很多的，有收获。
评分虎头蛇尾可能是这类小说的通病吧，先用极具诱惑力的开头吸引读者阅读下去就行。语言简单，故事流畅，人物刻画生动。但是其他的呢？
