一个关于动物的简要的西方思想史回顾：从前苏格拉底经苏格拉底-柏拉图-亚里士多德到经院-启蒙-近代，表面上力图突破理性二分法实际上却从头至尾囿于这个框架中看不到物种的连续差异而非我-他差异。没什么亮点。不过看完了觉得有必要好好读一下亚里士多德，亚老师看来是一个非常丰富面面俱到又不乏精准的哲学家，可能价值正是在于他文本的内部复杂性对后世的启迪。最后拉封丹的也不错可以看看。
