Report To Greco is more than an autobiography of Nikos Kazantzakis. It is in a way an autobiography of ideas, work experiences, travels and friendships and above all the search for meaning in life, through religion, travel, philosophy, psychology and the process of artistic development that gave birth to a whole series of inspired masterpieces. Kazantzakis, it is said, asked God to grant him ten additional years to finish this book. He lived a full and interesting life and this is a brilliant book, as are the others.
