在无解的苦难之中，如何向内找到意义，从而避免虚无？一天之内读完的；然而我对这书的实际感情很复杂，大约因为作者是心理医生而非哲学家吧，我为之感动震撼，也被他鼓舞启发，却并不觉得找到了答案。是感性的阅读体验，不是理性的得到解答。但是依然是值得力荐之作，为了这份感性体验。当晚就推荐给Y先生了。
