可以结合John Ruskin的Modern Painters一起读，冲突不对立，对生活和艺术的辩证思考和比较很有趣。Wilde’s “nature imitates art”means that art instructs us on how to see Nature. Ruskin also states that seeing relies on the interpretation of visual information. The more cultivated a person who processes that information, the more he may actually see the world around him.
