姜峯楠(Ted Chiang)的科幻小说实在是太好看，相比之下我这两个月读的卫斯理（寻梦、影子）还有小林泰三（醉步男）那都是什么鬼。这篇充满阿拉伯风情的穿越故事，同样充斥了姜峯楠Story of Your Life的宿命论，但是很有趣地从穿越未来和过去两个维度去解释，为什么尽管意识到历史无法被改变，然而穿越仍然让人获益匪浅，而这个科幻解释好得甚至有点宗教意味："What is made cannot be unmade." "Past and future are the same, and we cannot change either, only know them more fully."希望有电影人能翻拍这部作品（感觉一定能像《降临》那样获奖），不要再做爱情穿越剧了。

完全丧失概括感想的能力了……所以我只能说这故事真好啊。
