西安交大有一本《材料力學性能》，基礎內容上照搬的其實是GeorgeDieter的金屬力學..主要討論的stat.&dynam. Belastung下的力學錶現以及kerbe，kriechen，Bruch（nach Griffith），疲勞和腐蝕等...這一套書使用瞭很直觀的例子和算符通用的各種公式，雖然講解上略嫌簡單，但卻比一些力求形式復雜的國內教材要好得多瞭。
