布鲁斯·泰勒（Bruce Taylor），1967年生于智利，曾就读曼彻斯特大学和牛津大学，1996年获牛津大学近代历史专业博士学位。他著有《荣耀落幕：“胡德”号的和平与战争，1916—1941》（2012年），并与丹尼尔·摩尔根（Daniel Morgan）合著《U艇攻击日志：来自原始资料的军舰击沉全记录，1939—1945》（2011年）。他居住在加利福尼亚州南部。

译者

裴萌，生于20世纪80年代，本科毕业于北京大学，硕士毕业于美国布兰戴斯大学普通心理学专业，现为心理学科研工作者，业余翻译心理学书籍及研究二战史。
