萨德克博士曾在初中、高中、大学任教，在华盛顿美国大学担任教授已有30余年。他和已故的妻子迈拉因研究“性别在学校中的影响”在全美享有声誉。萨德克博士曾先后在纽约城市学院、哈佛大学、曼彻斯彻大学获得学士、硕士、博士学位。他撰写了多部专著，并在专业和大众期刊、杂志上发表大量学术论文；研究成果被报刊杂志刊登转载；他也被地方及国家电视、广播节目邀请，做客电视脱口秀等节目。萨德克夫妇曾因教育研究、关注女大学生教育等贡献，荣获美国教育界多个奖项。

卡伦•齐托曼（Karen R. Zittleman）

齐托曼博士在威斯康星大学获得学士学位，在美国大学获得硕士和博士学位。她曾在中小学任教，在美国大学任教于依据妇女平等教育法案而设置的在线网络课堂。她所撰写的关于性别、第九法案及教师教育等相关文章，在专业期刊上多次公开发表；创建了多个关于公平教育的网站；她的著作为促进数学和科学教学的公平提供了指导。她的研究方向主要集中在教育公平、教育基础、教师培养和教育反思领域。
