很多地方都讲得不错。但是太啰嗦了… 终于读完了，前几章挺有启发，但是越读到后面越觉得啰嗦和重复。

作者以一颗慈悲之心写出了一本非常值得读的好书。用精神分析的观点（尤其是温尼科特的早期发展理论）阐释佛陀初生即母亡的创伤，指出佛陀的觉悟之路亦是佛找到创伤的疗愈方法之路。讨论了日常生活中来自妄心作用的不可避免的大小心灵创伤，并以佛法的觉照观念探讨了根本的解决之道。除了佛教中的四圣谛及八正道等，也深入阐发了primitive agony, implicit relational knowing等精神分析概念。
