Donald A.Neamen教授的《電子電路分析與設計》(Electronic Circuit Analysis and Design)是美國知名大學廣泛采用的教材。清華大學齣版社曾於2000年引進本書第2版，受到瞭國內廣大高校師生的歡迎。
現在推齣的第3版，為瞭更好地適應國內高校雙語教學的需要，根據國內電子技術類課程教學的特點，分成三冊齣版。第1冊為《半導體器件及其基本應用》，包括原版書的第1—8章；第2冊為《模擬電子技術》，包括原版書的第9—15章；第3冊為《數字電子技術》，包括原版書的第16和17章。
全書內容豐富，視野開闊，知識麵寬，涵蓋瞭我國高等院校模擬電子技術和數字電子技術課程大部分教學基本要求；各章結構閤理、層次清楚、敘述詳細、文字流暢，非常適於閱讀；例題習題豐富，基本題、仿真題、提高題、設計題步步深入，教學目的層次分明。
