评分只读了《大都市与心理生活》等两篇。齐美尔文风让我想起弗洛伊德，且比后者更发散、活跃或富有启发性。不过用今天社会学论文所需的论证看，文中很多都只是有想象力的类比，不是推理或论证。“The deepest problems of modern life flow from the attempt of the individual to maintain the independence and individuality of his existence against the sovereign powers of society.”
