應該算一本心理學方麵的書，用第二人稱來寫，本身並沒有問題，可是看得人特彆彆扭，可能是語句之間的接續比較清奇。然後就是指齣問題還是很在點的，但就是比較纍贅，而在真正的改變的方法上，又囉嗦而不突齣重點。
