What the patient takes beyond his power of digestion does harm. 有一定指導意義的書，個人認為Intro diet不必按照書中作者所列食譜進行（主食隻吃肉2天，受得瞭嗎？），遵循要點，一切聽從自己身體纔是閤適的。

在SCDchina網站推薦下看完。 標題無意中和我患病多年的體會相契閤，剋羅恩病人減少澱粉攝入後腹痛確實有好轉。不敢說對所有人都有效，對於麥麩過敏體質的病人，食療確實是值得嘗試的方法。等到類剋用不起或者無效的那天，也許會認真的考慮開始嚴格的SCD食療。
