雖然語言很友好，但是內容還是很難，不屬於入門級讀物，好在作者每章都有roadmap。核心還是對發展中國傢和發達國傢的利益分歧做瞭摺中，但顯露齣理想主義的色彩，但可能兩頭不討好；相比於爭端解決過程中的一些法理問題，例如解決成本高，缺乏動力，無力迫使發達國傢遵守裁判等現實問題對發展中國傢更急迫。可以看齣雖然簡短，但內容還是很宏大的，提齣瞭很多問題，作者並沒有給齣自己的看法，但卻有足夠的啓發性。
