书看完了，觉得很适合普通大众，我们不缺少哲学家，缺的是把我们引上哲学之路的"科普书"，显然这本算是一本引路书。笔者多次提到斯噶多学派，而我的第一本哲学书就是《沉思录》，当时买的是盗版的合集，里面包含了《沉思录》1.2.3，这本书奠定了我的基本人生观。以下内容并非读...  

是一本披着通俗哲学外衣的畅销型鸡汤书（直接抛出观点，没什么逻辑论证，只是从不同侧面，包括故事、哲言、实验结果，印证自己的观点是正确地，然后一遍遍重复观点）。但不得不说，对于想脱离非理性情绪控制的我来说，还是挺有启发的，就此做了平生第一篇鸡汤类图书的读书笔记...  

看着书的介绍，觉得还不错，燃起我想读它的欲望，买回来看了一章，就已经看不下去了，这翻译水平。。。。。。。。。谁买谁知道，第一次在豆瓣买书，就被坑的这样惨，谁买谁知道，这价格与书的质量完全不匹配，真是浪费心情。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。...
