评分多雷不止為神麯、聖經、失樂園繪有插圖，還在1872年專門齣版瞭一本倫敦集，惹得盛世時期的倫敦人特彆不滿，因為多雷刻畫下層，“粗俗醜陋”。後世公認：對於瞭解這個時期的倫敦，這是十分難得的藝術作品，真實，震撼。
