In the Kaya province, there are two ways to rise in power--by controlling dragons or by slaying them. Seur-Chong, a hunter who took the latter path, doesn't care about power. He's just in it for the money and he's quickly made a name for himself as a mercenary. Perhaps too big a name, as a rival dragon-hunting group is now out to eliminate him.
