#獨讀蠹#001從去年底開始，到一月末終於讀畢。作者之一是地理學者，全書因而也采用“尺度”來行文，從探討文化、政策的含義開始，再以城市、國傢和國際來檢視文化政策，可以說是非常清晰的文化政策研究導論。作者認為，文化政策是一種公共政策，文化政策研究的核心議題包含：誰製定文化政策？在什麼地理尺度上製定？齣於什麼目的？有什麼作用？以及它是如何運作的？經濟學、文化研究、社會學和政治科學都關注文化政策，但旨趣各異。綜之，我們可以將文化政策理解為“話語discourse”、“文本text”、“過程process”和“實踐practice”。作者認為，盡管當前全球化研究視角盛行，但是民族國傢仍然是考察文化政策的主要場域。
