Many aspects of the story hark back to Giovanni’s Room; a contemporary story told in a way reminiscent of writings of authors from last century.

看得出来最后作者想要表达的，破败的国家，大家只想往外跑找工作，留下来的却变成Mitko这样。反而像社会小说了。然而本身本书读感极其差，作者不分段，而且虽然篇幅短，其实只写了大约十个场景，中间特别是去医院废话实在太多了，文字也不能说好，有时候过于拗口装逼，让人感觉作者主修English literature。另外，其实本书只是reformed cliché罢了，比如被出柜遭抛弃+暗恋指南。另外Mitsko塑造的也不好，像一个符号而不是一个人物，描绘的非常平面。

文笔是有的，第二章只一段也是服气，只是觉得好玩，确实一口气读完，扩张interiority做的还不错，人物性格太线性，总之读着玩玩还是不错的
