Entering its tenth year, Sotheby's Caf, remains a sensational success with an eclectic mix of fine art collectors and dealers, tourists and Bond Street fashionistas.To celebrate this anniversary, head chef Laura Greenfield presents 40 of her favourite recipes, organised by season and complemented by wine recommendations and anecdotes from Serena Sutcliffe, MW, head of the Sotheby's wine department.
