评分六十九首诗都好，光影，时间还有花园。默温在年迈之时写下这些诗篇，那种感觉，难以名状，几个词语就把自己带到难以言说的境地，这种感觉，只有自己知道。
评分默温写这集子时视力逐渐下滑，因而许多诗句都由他口述再经妻子记录下来。他的诗没有标点，大部分短得很，没有什么花活儿；有些意象反复出现、有那么多关于季节或清晨的诗；他对世界的感知、对光与影的捕捉，他的诗句是一种扩容，意义跳出字词的限制，视野聚焦又发散；他问的许多问题，你会相信自己在孩童时期也曾为此疑惑过。他的诗很好读很精纯。可以随时拿起重读，很久很久。听说他在夏威夷种了一片棕榈林，有机会我真想去看看。
评分只要生活中还有诗// 时间湍流中的永恒一刻，是许许多多其他时刻的回声交响，但又永不重来、无法凝固，当下的确凿，当下的惘然。
