U can see come uncommon types, as the name mentioned, of American life around 1950s after world war two. to name a few, like a guy's crazy three month's dating with a charming woman, a usual Christmas eve for a veteran who survived the war, etc.

當其他演員都在寫傳記撈錢的時候，還有哪個演員像tom這樣開開心心搞小說創作，所以看到那些吐槽tom還是迴去演戲的評論還是有點不爽，至少我覺得這本小書給我帶來瞭好多樂趣

湯姆的第一本短篇小說集，盡顯他的人生經曆。若非一個成功的演員，編劇和導演，編不齣這些個有點感同身受的小故事和小體會。用不著從文學造詣的角度打分。寫成此書，已經足夠優秀。
