It is wintertime in the city, and Christmas decorations are everywhere. But in Lizzie and Ben's neighborhood, a woman lives in a box, gratefulfor the warm air that escapes through a vent in the sidewalk. Confronted each day with the presence of a lady living in a box in their neighborhood, Lizzie and Ben decide to help.
