讀完後震撼到睡不著，主人公的命運不斷在我腦海盤鏇，越讀到後麵越發現前麵的伏筆太多瞭，隻有讀到最後一個單詞纔有種恍然大悟的感覺。人物性格很飽滿，對哈利的描寫簡直太立體瞭，懦弱，糾結，善良，放縱，信任……在他身上不斷交織，還有他的妹妹們，讓人心疼，睏惑又憤怒。我最喜歡Amber, 自小父親的虐待和母親的無力讓她和哥哥相互取暖，由此産生瞭不見光的情愫。麵對哥哥的逃避，她憤怒，難過，矛盾，她不斷地和男人發生關係，不斷地引起哥哥的注意，不斷地尋找愛。知道哥哥和Cellia的情事之後，她再次放縱自己，可是在哥哥說想讓她留下的時候，她又充滿歡樂的留瞭下來。相對於Misty的黑暗，Joddy的單純，Amber的熱烈，對愛的渴望實在太讓人動容。總之，這是一本讓人捨不得放下的書。

母親因槍殺父親而被判瞭終身監禁，大兒子照顧著三個妹妹，並和自己兒時的性幻想對象，一有夫之婦搞上瞭，然後發現父親竟然是被二女兒用槍對著母親時誤殺的，原因僅僅是因為父親常年虐待兒女時從來沒打過母親。大女兒從小被父親打的時候就形成瞭戀兄癖，經常半夜去sexual harass哥哥，最終無法忍受哥哥與彆的女人搞在一起而殺瞭那個女人，還把罪名留給哥哥，最終二女兒把哥哥和姐姐的性關係公諸於眾，把他們都送進瞭大牢——what a fucking story
