It's Career Day, and the students are running the Lynnhurst School Olivia takes Mr. Tanen's place as principal--along with the keys to his closet filled with 998 wild and crazy ties. But while the kids are in charge, an important visitor from Washington, D.C. comes to check out the school... Mrs. Harding is there to see if Lynnhurst deserves to win the National School Award. As they go around the school, Mr. Apple worries while Mrs. Harding scribbles away in her notebook. Leo is making super-duper-tuna-and-peanut-better tacos in the cafeteria, Marie is taking the science class on a bug-finding mission, and Kristin is helping the art class paint a giant, Picasso-like mural.
