In the aftermath of the Sengoku Coast Airport fire, one of the worst disasters in recent memory, the city decides that it's high time for the Fire Department to undergo some much-needed restructuring. Lieutenant Oshitori is assigned to spearhead a new project, but Daigo is prepared to resign from active duty as a result of his outlandish actions at the airport fire. Can a special firefighting detail be complete without Daigo in the mix? More importantly, will his fellow firefighters even agree to work with him now?
