Arthur enters his essay in the 'How I Can Help Make America Great' contest - and wins! He is off to Washington, D.C., to meet the President of the United States and recite his essay in front of everyone. While his class and family are enjoying the many sights of the nation's capitol, like the Washington Monument, Arthur tries to cure his terrible stage fright. As the President arrives, a gust of wind blows Arthur's trusty note cards away! Maybe his speech about helping others will inspire someone to help him recite it.
