似乎是很经典的一本讲风景绘画书，不过就目前来看有点太古老了，最直接的缺点就是配图全都是黑白的，并且配图数量也很少，很多地方就是大段大段的文字干巴巴地讲，并且似乎是用一种当时的学术写作风格来叙述，感觉上就是叨叨话很多，重要的信息并不是简洁明了地几个 bullet point 列明，而是无缝地穿插在大段大段的叙述中，总之看起来挺累的，看完了即使觉得有收获的地方想要回去找也会超难找，现代写作风格把重点单独强烈列出来真是文明的一大进步。
