这是该套书籍的第二本，相比第一本中的理论解释部分，这本书中都是应用例子，个人认为不如第一本来的给力，毕竟理论给我的冲击力太大，可是毕竟应用例子给出了改理论在不同领域中的使用方法，具有相当的实用性，更何况两本一套，对于有强迫症的童鞋来说，怎么能少了其中任何一本呢？哈哈哈
