William Dunham 世界知名的數學史專傢，現為美國穆倫堡學院教授。他筆耕不輟，著述頗豐，較有影響的著作還有Journey Through Genius: The Great Theorems of Mathematics和The Calculus Gallery: Masterpieces from Newton to Lebesgue（《微積分的曆程：從牛頓到勒貝格》，中文版已由人民郵電齣版社齣版）。Dunham教授分彆於1992年、1997年、2006年獲得美國數學協會頒發的George Polya奬、Trevor Evans 奬和Lester R. Ford奬。

評分 評分一星是给翻译的。内容还没有看，就冲这书名，我还是好好地找原版读吧。专业数学在中国本来就是小众的事，不要把严肃的书庸俗化了。工科数学的看看不完全证明就得了，还是别来专业数学的领域献丑了。话说，这评论要写多少字才能发表呢？
