我承認這一直是我厭惡的那一類書目。當然如果是教你怎麼讓彆人愛你，我還是不會去看。在我排除偏見看完這部的時候，我承認真的包含非常清晰簡單的道理，寫得流暢乾脆。我相信身體行為和精神情感的連接，因而相信behavior theraphy是可能有效的。比如，長久以來我都為提高自信心努力而效果瞭瞭。You can't change your self image by deciding changing them. Rationality won't help much. 所以行為和練習反而是逐漸改變視角的方式，我決定試試。這個世界上，墮落下墜fall in總是無比容易，上升解脫fall out總是如同自己提著自己的頭發，無比艱難。最終都要幫助自己接納和建立自我而已。
