哇 终于找到了这本书来读。相比社会学，我觉得它更像是社会心理学，偏心理学的范畴。最后作者提出一种观点：现代社会有两种现象，一是过度自恋，而是过度利他。很有意思。

我以为她move on了，结果翻过来她还在讲达美的空姐。但蛮好读的。

边哭边写论文边看完了这本书，看 The managed heart 时心态崩塌，也算是人生一件很酷地经历。
