(小排长就是被作者的讲座“蛊惑”去的ROTC) 从boot camp入手，讲述九十年代中期3086排从recruits到成为马润的过程。中间穿插马润的文化介绍（洗脑（。），训练方式的演变与比较，以及在美国政治环境和国际形势下的地位的思考。看到recruits的变化成长真觉得蛮鸡血上脑吹爆马润的，不过离开帕里斯岛后还是被现实层层击垮。最后一章缺乏知识储备看得有点累…
