Rick Georges is a solo law practitioner, practicing in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is active in the St. Petersburg, Florida, and American Bar Associations, and presents seminars and programs on the use of computers in the practice of law. He has authored the aFuture Lawyera column for the Tampa Bay Review and other publications, and has taught law office management and computer-assisted legal research at the college and law school level. His aFutureLawyera blog is widely read, and he is a recognized expert in the application of computers and technology to law practice. The poems in this book reflect his belief that life, love, family and fun are more important to happiness than anything we do in our professional lives. He owes a debt of gratitude to Miller Williams for helping him to find his poetic voice at Loyola University of the South, where Mr. Williams was his professor and guide.
