About the Author

Philip Horky was born in Los Angeles, CA in 1967, went to college at the University of California at Santa Barbara, spent some time as a Ski Bum in Utah before moving back to Los Angeles to work for his brother in the Limousine Business. Mr. Horky moved to New York City in 1994 where he currently lives, works, and writes.
