菲利普·迪克
Philip K. Dick（1928-1982）
菲利普·迪克出生于美国芝加哥，之后在加利福尼亚州度过了大半生。1952年，他开始专职写作，终其一生，除四十四部长篇小说外还创作了一百二十一篇中短篇故事。
迪克只得过一次雨果奖、一次坎贝尔纪念奖，却被誉为“科幻作家中的科幻作家”。他一生中大多数时间都挣扎在贫困的边缘，但去世之后，他的十部作品包括《银翼杀手》《全面回忆》《少数派报告》等被好莱坞改编为电影，深受大众欢迎。
2007年，迪克的作品被收入“美国文库”系列，这一系列专门收录美国经典文学，而迪克是第一位入选该系列的科幻作家。
