评分準確說是聽的有聲書，感覺很好。。如果持續有人在你low的時候給你注入這種積極思維的信息，你也會慢慢的開始覺得這是自己的思維的。我都不知道這作者就在休斯敦的教堂，有空一定和朋友去聽聽現場版。（注意：這是本宗教性很強的書，嗬嗬，如果你是那麼強力的無神論者就不要聽瞭）
