非常raw and personal的memoir，佩服Dolly的勇气和坦率。虽然我个人没有binge drinking and body image的问题，但青春期和young adult时期的自我怀疑、迷茫、虚无、放纵、快乐及成长，以及turning 30的anxiety都是那么真切和relatable。书里经常提及北伦敦的一些地名，刚好是我在伦敦读书时住的区域，熟悉温暖又感伤。I absolutely adore this book.

I needed a leap of faith to take M's recommendation upon this, knowing that Alderton is far too young to offer me the kind of wisdom and guidance that I usually look for in an autobiography. And I did have to leaf patiently through the earlier years until she turned 25. Then came that heartbreakingly beautiful transformation of a character.

From 2015 to 2017 she was The Sunday Times Style's dating columnist. She is the co-host of The High Low, a weekly pop culture and current affairs podcast, and also writes and directs for television.
