When an intelligent, yet arrogant and sometimes mean schoolteacher becomes subject to a freak accident during a lab experiment, he is transformed into a giant frog-like creature and forced to abandon everything he loves and has. He discovers that this transformation gives him great speed and strength, and other enhanced frog powers. He decides that he will use these powers to help others to make up for the way he was in the past as a human. Then, hopefully, he can find a cure. Unfortunately, his pride is short-lived because now he falls prey to the local police and animal-control unit, who are giving orders to hunt him down, and also to another creature he lets loose by mistake that is evil and has the will to killa]
