这本书还是挺不错的，挺有趣的，花了10天看完了。

内容当年看很好，十年后已过时（比如用一章来介绍的struts）。关于认证与授权，只有原理有用，实际中没人会用tomcat的xml配置来做权限管理。书中有一些很二的图片——可能有人觉得有趣，反正我是不喜欢。

看过中文版。如果面对考试，从中文向英文跳跃是一个需要考虑的问题。满分通过考试，前两遍看的是中文版，第三遍总复习时看的英文版。不过最后的MOCK EXAM有不少错误，做的时候注意校对就好，最好再做做其他题库。总而言之是SCWCD或OPCWCD的BIBLE

这本书主要的硬伤就是对代码的实例比较少，编辑还是相当的有水准，有很多东西必须在实践中才能体会到奥妙，不过这本书的好处就是给了你显示同样东西的多种选择，不过有些遗憾，看起来理论的东西多了一点。对细节讲的很多，但是在实际的编码中，感觉有些有劲使不出的感觉，不太...

正在看，是我喜欢的模式。不是上来就讲一堆的接口，是循序渐进的。不过要对servlet用到的技术有些了解看起来才不会太费劲。

花了2周看完，很好的一本书，讲解清晰，插图也非常有趣。书很厚，可拿来防身砸坏人用。看完之后把Java web结构与servlet，jsp之间的关系都理清了一遍。老外写的书果然随性而又不缺逻辑的严密。印象很深的是里面有一句话 "so what the *** is A doing here? "。当时看的时候笑...

大概用了不到三周的时间，看完此书。感觉内容很详细，文字循循善诱，插图生动有趣，内容丰富不死板。不过个人觉得适合有一定项目经验的jsper来回味原理，以便更好的指导今后的实践。总而言之，一本不可多得的J2EE基础方面的好书。
