最后一章节的皈依有点奇怪(虽然看了intro后有心理准备)，感觉风格和节奏与之前的章节不是很搭。其他情节就像是流浪汉小说一样，各种冒险，挺有意思的。叙事结构而言，比之后世的坎特伯雷故事集和十日谈更为灵活。就整体性而言，比同样层层故事嵌套的奥维德的变形记要更成整体。

很多没有想明白的问题：人类形体之变化，与人类命运之变化，有何联系?“好奇心”这一美德，何以在Lucius和Psyche的故事中成为了祖咒？“欲求”在此书中扮演了何种角色?故事的最后，设计Lucius对Isis和Osiris的皈依是何用意？宗教信仰是这个永远流变的苦难世界唯一的解脱吗？
