细读宋朝两篇，顺手翻阅其余。崔瑞德、濮德培、方德万几人的还不错，但是中间的参差不齐，宋朝两篇甚至颇有拼音和中英翻译对照上的错误。Brill出版的龙蛇混杂可见一斑。

Our understanding of Chinese warfare has suffered from misconstrued contrasts between Chinese and Western ways in warfare.
